Это не что-то среднее между деловым и неформальным, это попытки студента второго курса иняза выебнуться знанием формальных фразеологизмов, но при этом написать, как братану в дискорде пишешь после катки в доте. Либо ты используешь занудные академическо-формальные фразы, либо пишешь простым языком, но когда ты их смешиваешь - выглядит нелепо, особенно с короткими предложениями.
Добавлю, что также ты либо везде пишешь isn't, aren't, wouldn't и так далее, либо везде пишешь is not, are not, would not. Когда ты пишешь как попало, тоже выглядит хуёво.
